Formerly called "Mercado de los brujos" is one of the most emblematic and popular markets of the Federal District in Mexico, known worldwide for magic and esotericism and, in recent years, for the sale of products related to Santa Muerte and San Judas Tadeu.

The market was inaugurated on September 23, 1957 by President Adolfo Ruiz Cotines and Ernesto Peralta Uruchurtu. In its aisles, 404 stores are located with an infinite number of merchandise: pottery, medicinal herbs, religious images, toys, esoteric products, eyebrows and exotic animals.
