Family house "Villa Avalon" is 3 km from the centre of Calpe, in a quiet position, 100 m from the sea. It is a 120 m2 three-bedroom house situated on a private 800 m2 property which offers an outdoor swimming pool with nice view over the sea, a terrace overlooking the countyside, and a garden with garden furniture and barbecue facilities. The house accommodates up to six people.
The living/dining room is 35 m2 in area and is furnished with an open fireplace, satellite-TV and video, a internet (WiFi) and an exit to the terrace. The furnishings of the rooms include: 1 room with 1 french bed and air-conditioning; 1 room with 2 beds and air-conditioning; 1 room with 1 french bed, shower/WC and air-conditioning. There is an open plan kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher, micro wave and freezer. A washing machine and a reserved parking (2 cars). The basement is locked and unoccupied.
