The 150 m2 three-bedroom terraced holiday house is located in the historical, family friendly village Calpe, in the eastern part of the region about 400 m from the sea, 115 km south-east from Valencia and 60 km north-east from Alicante. It has a nice view of the ocean and features some communal facilities which are the swimming pool with built-in steps, paddling pool, outside shower, sun loungers and garden furniture. The home accommodates up to six people.

The living/dining room is 36 m2 with open fireplace, digital TV and air-conditioning and an exit to a 73 m2 terrace with furniture, deck chairs and barbeque facilities. The kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher, micro wave and freezer. On the lower ground floor: shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed, air-conditioning, fan and warm air heating; 1 room with 2 beds, air-conditioning and warm air heating; and 1 room with 1 french bed, shower/bidet/WC and air-conditioning and a separate bath/bidet/WC. A washing machine and a garage for two cars are available.

The supermarket is within 700 m, restaurant 600 m, bar 400 m, sandy beach "La Fustera" is 800 m, diving center and bathing bay 400 m. Sports harbour and sports centre 400 m. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mítica, Terra Natura, y Benidorm Palace (Benidorm).

The symbol of the area, the "Penon de Ifach" is behind the fishing harbour. There is market on Saturdays, flea market on Wednesdays. Its famous saints fiestas at the beginning of August and its "Moros y Cristianos" fiesta at the end of October. A car is recommended. Due to its mild climate, Calpe is ideal for Winter holidays.

In summer, the sandy beach with facilities is suitable for children. A bathing bay, heated swimming pool and the water park "Aqualandia" is within in 25 km. Sports harbour, diving, sailing, surfing, sailing school and canoeing are also possible. Tennis and golf course 9 hole in Altea + Benissa is within 10 km. Minigolf and riding in Benissa is 9 km. Fitness course is 4 km. Other possible activities are fishing, paragliding and beach volley ball. For adventure activities with nature: walking path, mountain walks, climbing and mountain bike tracks. Children's playground, amusement park "Terra Mítica (Benidorm)" is 20 km from the property.
