The house is above street level and was built above an archaeological excavation site (with remains from the pre-Roman. Etruscan period). Enjoy the truly old Tuscan style in this house. Due to the dominant position above the town. you will also have a vast panoramic view over Palaia and the typically Tuscan area. You will have a spacious. private terrace at your disposal (30 m) situated against the fortresss old walls. There is a great deal of space both inside and outside. You can use the swimming pool. the garden area and the other facilities of an agritourism building 200 m away (belonging to the same owner). Wine and olive oil are produced in the country estate next door. also belonging to the owner. You can thus try and purchase wine and olive oil as well as watch how the wine and olive oil are produced (to be arranged with the owner). The holiday home is also ideally located for exploring the interesting surrounding area: San Miniato 18 km away. Pisa 40 km away. San Gimignano 40 km away. Florence 59 km away. and the coast and beaches 39 km away.The friendly owners are always ready to give you a few tips about the area. local restaurants. etc. Note: You may only use your car to drop off luggage at the house. as the street does not continue past the house and is quite narrow. You can. however. easily reach your holiday home from the car park 100 m away. - Upon request: the house owner can arrange a typical Tuscan meal for you (price to be agreed upon). - It is also possible to taste and purchase wine and olive oil. You will also have the opportunity of seeing how the wine and olive oil are produced (to be arranged with the owner).
