Renovated residence "Podere La Massa" consists of a detached house and 8 apartments. It is surrounded by olive groves, fields and it enjoys view over the Chianti hills. Each apartment has its private outdoor area fenced by hedges.
In the apartment, which is located on the upper ground floor, you will find facilities like satellite-TV and a stove. There is a small patio with terrace furniture. You are allowed to bring max. 1 pet/dog with you. From the living room: 3 steps down to the double bedroom and 1 step up to the twin bedroom.
There is a volley ball court, mini-football pitch and children playground. For shared use there is a natural garden and an outdoor swimming pool of 14 x 7 m, opened from 07-05 to 01-10 with an outside shower. In the house there is a washing machine for shared use. Motor access to the house (4 km via unmade road). Parking space is available by the house.
Within 5 km you can find several shops and restaurant. The railway station of Montevarchi is 10 km way from the accommodation. Please note that having a car is essential. The photograph is a typical example.
